To make a reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the stay is required via a traditional transfer to the Hotel's account or online payment system, using the First Data Polcard operator and a credit card. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the prepayment made will be forfeited. The rest of the stay is paid on the spot on the day of checking in at the Hotel. In the case of shortening the stay, the Hotel does not refund the cost of the stay.

Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day
Children up to 3 years old stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed.
We accept pets in cottages and Studio Apartments for an extra charge of 50 PLN/day. Please inform us before arrival.
Hotel parking is additionally charged 25 PLN/day. No reservation needed.
If you wish to receive an invoice for your stay, it is necessary to provide the VAT number at the time of booking.
